Here is a post, just to remind you all about the cricket day this coming Saturday.

We want to get underway with the first game at 10:30, so be there early. Ie. 10:00.

As always, if the weather looks doubtful, give one of the team captains (Shane, Andre, Reto or Billy Boy) a call.

Schwingen bei Dominik zu Hause in Sarnen

Hallo Zusammen,

wie schon letztes Jahr, wird Dominik (unsere Nr. 10 und der Meister des Kicks) bei sich zu Hause in Sarnen ein Schwingfest organisieren. Die Plätze der Athleten sind leider alle schon besetzt, dies soll uns aber nicht davon abhalten einen einmaligen Anlass zu besuchen.

Pickwick Charity Day 22. August

Dear all

Pickwick has a charity day sports in August
it is normally for soccer, but maybe we can can play some 5-5 rugby.
We would have to pay a fee for each team (ca. 100 francs), the money would go to
the cancer foundation. There are also other events like a potato sack race,
tug a war, etc.

As you might know Andrea has a place up on the Rigi with a hot tub outside with a great view.
The open dates are 31-1 August and 28-29 August,
so we can party and sleep over (sleep over 15.- per person).

DANGELS ARE SWISS CHAMPIONS 2009/2010!!!!!

Gestern fand das 3. 7er Turnier in Basel statt. Die Dangels spielten das 1. Spiel gegen Basel, welches als LigaSpiel galt. Mit einem hohen Sieg von 81-0, feierten wir also damit den Schweizermeister Titel!!!! Das nächste Spiel gegen Konstanz wurde etwas schwieriger, aber auch da gingen wir mit einem Punktestand von 47-0 vom Feld.
